WEDNESDAY LOWER BODY
1)Trap bar deadlift: cluster sets 5x5 with 135lbs- 30 second rest between sets, rest 2 minutes & repeat

3)Barbell hip thrust: 3x10 w/115lbs
4)Back extension: Giant set to 40 reps
