6 split jerks
9 lateral burpees

SATURDAY CONDITIONING:
1)Sled pushes + farmer walks w/ 60lb kettlebells each hand-5 rounds
2)Pullups(neutral grip): 1-2-3-4-5-1-2-3-4-5
3a)Calf raises(seated) 4x20 superset w/
3b)Hip thrusts: 4x15 w/95lbs
4)Bench leg raises, x3
