After a warmup, I started my workout with 3 sets of 3 power snatches, working up to 75lbs.
Deadlift:

Trapbar Deadlift:

Weighted situps on decline bench, 5 sets with 15lbs overhead
Conditioning:
10 minutes, as many rounds as I could get of-
12 kettlebell swings with 25lbs
15 double unders
7 rounds
