More squats: 5 sets of 10 with 105-100-100-95-95
Sprints:
After a short warmup, I started at 10 mph at a 5% incline for 20 seconds and worked up to 12 mph at 8.5% incline for 10 seconds, with about a minute rest between sprints. 10x
