Warmup-rope, lunges, hip mobility, squats

Power cleans: 3x3 with 105lbs

Front squats: 3x3 with 115-125-130lbs

Deadlifts 5x5: 165-175-185-185-185

Hip thrust 3x8: 65-65-85  -Superset with-

Hanging leg raise: 12-12-10-10

Finisher: Tabata swings with 25lb kettlebell
