1) Military Press: Warmup sets, then 3 sets of 4 with 85lbs/HSPUs-x5+3

2a) Bench Press: 95x5-110x5-120x3-120x3

2b)Pullups: Wide-x6/6/ Neutral-x8/8/ 5 wide+4 neutral

3)Ab rollouts: 4 sets of 12 w/ 20 double unders between sets
