2)Snatch practice: hang squat snatch, hang power snatch, worked up to 85lbs
3)Battle ropes: 20 seconds on, ~40 seconds off, 6x
4a)Sprints: 6% incline, 20 seconds, 10.5 mph (not going full sprint just yet)
4b)Farmer's walks: 40lbs
