Squats + Conditioning

1)Snatches: a few light sets with 65lbs

2)Back squats:worked up to 135x5 for 3 sets

3a)Dynamic pushups(jumping legs in and out) x10

3b)1 arm overhead walking lunges: 25lb x8 each side

3c)Kettlebell overhead swings: 25lbs x15

4 rounds
