    Hope you don't mind a question...I noticed you did the leg press with your feet close together...I've usually do a wider foot placement. What's the difference in foot placement & muscles worked? (Obviously what YOU do is working, so maybe I should switch it up! lol)

      I actually just started doing these again just to try to focus on building my quads more. I squat pretty wide, so I do the leg press with a narrow stance to hit the quads a little more.
