Mary

CrossFit WOD "Mary":

20 minute amrap-
5 handstand pushups
10 alternating pistols
15 pullups

My score=
7 rounds + 5 handstand pushups, 10 pistols, 10 pullups


The aftermath:

All I can say is that was one of the hardest workouts for me. And I realized that I absolutely despise pistols.
